What happens if the same phone number is my CSV file multiple times?

We will only send the phone number one text message, regardless of the number of times it is listed in the file.

What is the correct format for phone numbers in the CSV file?

Provide the phone number with no spaces, dashes, or parentheses, e.g. 555123111.

Do unused text messages in my plan rollover from month to month?

No, texts do not rollover. We provide you a countdown of the remaining texts within our usage reporting.

Will all of the text messages send at once at my scheduled time?

No, your scheduled time is when messages will start sending. Due to rate limiting, we throttle sending messages depending on the carrier. The total time it takes to send all of the messages in a campaign depends on the number of phone numbers and the outbound line being used. We provide an estimated send time with each campaign to provide guidance on the approximate send time.
