Cluster Location and Tenant ID lookup

To set up your Textel for Meevo Messenger integration, we will need to connect a series of IDs from your specific Meevo instance. Please follow the steps below to provide us with your Cluster, Tenant, and Location IDs:

  • Cluster ID: This Meevo ID can be found in the URL in your web browser when you’re logged into Meevo

  • Tenant ID: This Meevo ID can also be found in the URL in your web browser when you’re logged into Meevo

  • Location ID: To find your location ID, please click on the Meevo logo in the top left hand corner of your screen > In the menu, click on “Business Settings” > In the Business Settings section, click on “Online Booking Settings” > Your Location ID can be found in the online booking link.

  • If you do not have your online booking turned on, please provide us with your Cluster and Tenant IDs, and we will use the information to collect your Location ID from Meevo directly.
