for the sole purpose of authorizing Textel to initiate a preferred carrier change
for the referenced numbers.
TEXTEL CUSTOMERS ARE EXECUTING THIS FORM BY 

ACCEPTING THE SERVICE ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Letter of Agency for Texting Enablement

The undersigned appoints AI Software, LLC d/b/a Textel or any affiliated companies (“Textel”), as the routing destination for texting services (SMS/MMS). Textel will arrange for and implement the changes necessary to establish and maintain service.

The undersigned customer releases from liability, any person to whom this letter is provided for actions taken in accordance with the terms contained herein. Textel shall not be responsible for damages arising from the acts or omissions of third parties regarding performance of requested actions hereunder.
