Resetting Your Password
You can change the password to your user account from the My Profile page. If you would like to do so, you have two options:
- If you are not logged in, you can follow the Forgot Password flow from the login page and reset your password.
- If you are already logged in, on your My Profile page you have the ability to reset your password that will take effect on next login.
Turning on Browser Notifications
To receive notifications for new messages and conversation updates, you will need to enable Browser Notifications. Simply go to your Additional Settings section and toggle Browser Notifications to ON.
Additional Step in Some Browsers
Please note that some browsers may ask for an additional step in the URL/address bar to click to allow notifications from the site. Visit our support article for Setting Up Browser Notifications for more information.
Creating a Custom Signature
To create a custom signature for your user, enable the Custom Signature option in the Additional Settings. Doing this will open a text box to create and save your Signature in. The saved Signature can be toggled on and off on the Conversations message pane.

Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
We offer Two Factor Authentication or 2FA as an added feature to help protect your account logins. Please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org to enable this feature for your account. Once enabled, each user will go to their My Profile page and follow the steps below to set this up.
First turn on the 2FA option on the My Profile page
Then a QR code will appear for the user to scan with the mobile device they will use for 2FA when logging in.
Note: The image below is an example, please do not scan.
After scanning the QR code follow the prompts on your mobile device to continue the set up. Then the platform will prompt the user to enter in the code from the Authenticator as the final step.
