Message and User Usage
Textel provides at-a-glance details showing current billing cycle message and user analytics. These show the current message and user count compared to the current billing cycle. In depth details can be found on our Reporting page, refer to our Reports Breakdown Support Documents for more information.
To view your message and user details, you will click on your username in the upper right hand corner and choose 'Manage Account'
On the right side of the Manage Account page you will see the real time message usage and user details.
Message Usage Details
This section displays your usage details including your subscription expiration date, whether it is monthly or annual, and the total used/scheduled message segments from your plan during the current billing cycle.
User Usage Details
This section displays the current users that are active on your plan for your current billing cycle.
